This can be shown in the book To Kill a Mockingbird with Dill and his neglecting parents. This can also be proven to this present day with the celebrity Charlize Theron. Dill in the book is a seven year old boy who left home one day because he felt neglected by his mom. He also keeps on changing stories about his father, and that also can be link to his father not giving him the care that Dill needs either. Even with Dill’s neglecting parents, he still has the potential to become a strong and busy adult because he is inspired to become a clown. This statement can be attested

Charlize Theron had a very rough childhood when growing up but she rose above it and gained the large fan base she has today. When Theron was growing up in South Africa with her parents, her dad would fall into the bad habit of drinking.
