Mr. Parris wa the reverend for the town of Salem. Mr. Parris was the uncle of Abigail Williams. Mr. Parris was the father of Betty Parris. He was the one who seen the girls dancing in the woods and seen one of the girls naked. He was the reverend of the town of Salem so he did not know whether to tell others that he had seen the girls dancing and that he seen a girl naked.
