I chose to analyse Uncle Willie. I chose him because he is not mentioned a lot and it is a little easier to analyse him. Uncle willie is a very interesting person. He lived in Lafayette county. He had also been dropped as a baby. Uncle willie sits like a crippled black Z. He has an overgrown right hand and an under grown left hand. His movements were oiled with precision. Uncle willie is not your average person he is not in very good shape, and people ask him dumb questions because they think he's dumb just because he has deformities. He has a speech impediment and his left side of his face is sagged. It is sagged because he has uncontrollable muscles. Uncle Willie does not really speak outloud. He keeps it to himself a lot. He kind of has a personality it looks like because it sounds like his childhood was bad so he doesn't think about bailey and mayas because his was bad. His thoughts are hard to talk about because he doesn't think out loud. They ask him dumb questions because they just assume he is dumb. He is not he just does not speak aloud a lot. He acts like the kids protector and disciplinarian because of the stuff he does to them because they're in trouble. Uncle willie suffers insults and jokes about his disabilities. Uncle willie is also known as threatening because he threatens the kids about them knowing their times tables. So this is my conclusion, I think Uncle Willie is made fun of because of his disabilities. He can not control some of them such as uncontrollable muscle spasms. These are just some of them he is also not a person to speak out. He is know for being threatening because he wanted to make the kids learn their times
