The crusades was also a very sad and depressing time. Many people who didn 't even fight in the crusades had lost their lives because of the religion they believed in. If they were not the ones to lose their lives then they had lost someone important to them. Document 3 states that the crusades sometimes happened because christians were trying to take back their land from muslims. Some were only looking to fight for their religion but others had done it for fun.
The Crusades started in 1095 when Pope Urban II wanted to take back Jerusalem. I think the results of the Crusades was more positive than negative than positive since people lost interest in them. Not only that, they killed and abused many innocents. One of the reasons the Crusades were more negative is because people lost interest in them.
ISIS terrorists can swipe thousands of christians as little as 2 days. Christians are in need of the Marines for them to save them and take them to safety away from the terrorists. Christians will be burned alive, beat to death, treated like animals. The Lost Boys of Sudan This page was about the boys that walk to the unknown because of a civil war. The villages were attacked at night, 26,000 boys escaped the village and survived, their families and sisters probably survived, died, or were enslaved. The boys walked for 14 years without food and water, and all they had to eat was leaves, berries, or mud. A few boys got exhausted and died from starvation or dehydration from walking for so long. The boys went to a few refugee camps, but they had to leave because they were attacked by government tank attacks, some either drowned, got shot, or got eaten by crocodiles.

For example, the actions or being of another person. What someone does can affect what you do, what happens to them can affect how you feel, and the result of their actions can affect who you become. Another type of influence would be the environment.
Almost all Americans have heard the phrase “separation of church and state.” However, fewer realize the magnitude of the phrase. Contrary to some people’s beliefs, the majority of the Founding Fathers were deists or had a belief in a God who created the universe but does not interact with it. They understood how religion could ruin governments and needed to be separated in their new nation. The Founding Fathers purposefully left out religion from all government documents and never mentioned the Bible or other religious text while creating the United States.

The Lebanese Civil War lasted 15 years, starting in 1975 and ending in 1990, involving mostly the Lebanese army, the Phalangists and the Palestinian Liberation Organization. Still today, there are political complications and tension in Lebanon therefore it has never really recovered from the major war that harmed the country significantly.
