Through the years , Christianity was one of the most questioned religion. Although , Christianity became a ruling religion in the European and Western world.Religion became a state of the Roman Empire, and Christianity became an enormous and influential religion nationwide . Some still wonder why and how religion has shaped through centuries, yet it’s clear that it is and was one of the most important events in history. Christianity changed the western world in so many different ways during the Middle ages and adapted now in the global world since The Enlightenment.

Catholic Church taught people how they could be saved by doing good work and having faith in God.Church taught Christians a series of spiritual rituals in order to be more graceful to God.The Holy Sacraments include Baptism, Confirmation, Communion, Confession, Marriage, Ordination of Priests, Last Rites for the Dying.By the early 1500s they were in corruption and unwillingness to adopt reforms In Germany. Martin Luther, a catholic monk became involved in a serious dispute with the Catholic Church.Meanwhile the Protestant Reformation, protests on practices in hopes on reforming Christianity .Martin Luther’s is against the Catholic Church which led to the formation of new Christian denomination known as Lutheranism, a series of Protestant on Christian faiths.During the same time, the Renaissanceand and the Protestant Reformation reshaped European civilization. Reformers like Luther and Calvin challenged church and eventually went long gone from the Roman Catholic Church
