The report is based on whether an understanding of classical and operant conditioning is valuable for a teacher and a trainer. Before that, it’s also very important to know what the conditioning theories are and who invented the theories, and how the theories are followed by conditioning. Here I am going to give explanation about the theories and how it can be used in our life and in the classroom. The report also includes the benefits and critics of using conditioning theories.so lets know what the conditioning theories are and how it works in our life and how it is capable for the classroom. Firstly, the classical condition theory was discovered by Ivan Pavlov (1927), He was famous Russian behavioral physiologist who found the theory of …show more content…

The same theory can be applied in the classroom. Suppose in a noisy classroom the teacher instruct the student to quit down (before conditioning). The student would not get quiet. The teacher clapped three times but would not get quite again the teacher clapped and instructed the students to quiet down then a student was quite. Then whenever the teacher enters the classroom and claps three time the students quite down. Now the student behavior has been conditioned. Skinner theory was depending on the work of Thorndike’s law of effect. Operant conditioning refers to the change in behavior as a result of experience s that occurs after a response.it involves changing voluntary behaviors’ behavior response is followed by either reinforcement or punishment. The skinner studied operant condition by conducting experiment. He used a mouse in his experiment he put the mouse in the boxes. At first the mouse had wondered around in search for food and accidentally pressed down on the liver whistle. It explored the food and the mouse had learned to obtain food whenever it gets hungry because of the conditioning. According to the skinner test the food is called a reinforce and the process of giving food is called reinforcement. A reinforce is anything likely to increase a behavior. There are two types of reinforcement, positive and negative reinforcement. A positive reinforcement is something pleasant to increase a behavior while a negative reinforcement is the removal of something unpleasant to increase a behavior. Being a teacher as my point of view, the teacher would ask the student to finish the work on time. Then the teacher may give beautiful stars to the students who finish up the work on time. After that, whenever the teacher is given to the work. They put their full effort to finish up the work within no time and get the star.(positive reinforcement). If a response is followed by
