The situation of country A and country B has some similarity to the situation between America and Russia in the cold war. As the result that we know in the history, after the collapsing of Russia, America became the most powerful country all over the world. One kingdom can’t have two kings. Therefore, eventually, country A and country B can’t stay in the same position as they are now for a longer time. As a member of country A, I think planet X will be a great opportunity for my country to take control, gain advantage against country B as well as develop to be more powerful. Those are critical issues in our country recently which if we don’t pay attention and use all our sources to solve; the problem can be over control and create a large crisis in our country. However, these long term domestic issues need a very careful, certain, slow and efficient process to fix. Education is one of specific example. It takes a long time and a lot of efforts to make the education system generates effectively. The quality of public school can’t be boost with a lot of money but without a clearly way how to use the money effectively. In order to overcome the weakness of the public schools, we did figure out some solutions. However, it is impossible to see the result immediately, it takes years to examine whether these solutions are really helping or we need to replace them. Unfortunately, time is what we lack of if we ignore the issue of planet X and let the war happen. In addition, the domestic problems can only be focused properly if our borders remain steadily and the security in the country was guaranteed. If a war occurred, students had to quit school to join the army, or company to maintain the economy, and instead of caring about the poor, the elder, the disability our healthcare system had to put the sources on the soldiers on the battlefield.
