On February 19, 1998, I was born in New Albany, Mississippi. Three days after I was born, my family moved to Detroit, Michigan, which I think is kind of crazy since you are supposed to stay in the house after you are born. My family means everything and the world to me. I grew up in a typical middle class environment and live with my dad, mom, and 2 sisters in Detroit. They supported me throughout all of my life and encouraged me to be better than them. An early memory that I have as a child is playing football for the Detroit PAL Youth Football League and I started learning the game of football and valuable life lessons. When I got older, I attended Martin Luther King High School in Detroit and my four years there made me the player I am today. I plan to make new and develop long lasting relationships with my teammates and other students on campus. As a Spartan Dawg, I want to have a chance win a Heisman trophy and be able to help my team win a CFP National Championship game. Lastly, I would like to graduate with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business. I know that a degree will give me the confidence and the edge to have the flexibility I need to make my own decisions. After obtaining a degree from Michigan State, I aspire to be drafted to play football in the NFL. During my career or sometime afterwards, I would like to start my own sports clothing line and one day be able to buy my mom a house to thank her for absolutely everything she has done for me. In conclusion, football is more than just a game to me. As you can see, I have probably learned more valuable lessons from it than from school, but I am extremely blessed to be here at Michigan State University and am ready to set a presence in the classroom and on the
