I am excited to begin my journey to earn my college degree from Colorado State University Global Campus. I am a successful, motivated, and competitive individual that feels that now is the time to focus on completing a project that I started over twenty years ago. I am currently one of the top Territory Sales Managers for one of the major food distributors in the country. I believe that earning my degree will help open the doors to possible promotion opportunities, and help give closure to a goal that I strive to reach.

I had a wonderful freshman year, and was moving along nicely to earn my degree from UF. My sophomore year came around and I began to have some financial hardships. I began working in the hospitality industry, and became overwhelmed with earning money to survive, as well as going to school. I continued on this path for years, and earning a paycheck became more important than earning a grade. I was fortunate to run a business and, then fortunate to open a successful business. I opened, ran, and sold, numerous turn-key restaurants for the next few years. This did not come easily and did not come without issues. I was able to lean on business partners to help guide me in making sound business decisions, that helped me grow. This gave me great experience in life and in the business world. I have been working for major corporations for over the last five years, and have learned a lot with about corporate world verses the privet sector.
