I interviewed Dr. Lee Weidauer; he has a Ph.D. in nutrition, exercise, and food science, a master’s of science in exercise science, and a Bachelor’s of science in athletic training all from South Dakota State University. He is an assistant professor. His certifications and professional memberships include ATC, ACSM, and American Society for Bone and Mineral Research. When he was considering the career, what he wanted most was to help people.
These standards are well intertwined, because each of these standards have three areas that is primarily focused on. The areas that are highly focused on are knowledge, skills, and teaching concepts. One example of similarity that I found with the National Coaches Standards and National Physical Education Standards. Between the two, the National Coaches Standards assist the National Physical Education Standards by reinforcing the professionalism and knowledge of an individual.
My career goal in the exercise science and wellness field would be becoming an athletic trainer. I enjoy playing and watching sports and have some knowledge about certain things that needs to be done when an injury occurs to an athlete. In ten years, I would expect to see myself working as an athletic trainer at Penn State University. My result of the Kiersey Temperament Sorter does support my career goal because the result showed my personality type is that of an artisan. An artisan has natural ability to excel at jobs that require hands on operations such as an athletic trainer.
An athletic trainer is a person who works with an athletic team. They are there for the team when an injury is upon a player. The athletic trainer will help set up a road to recovery so they can be back into their game as soon as possible. The trainer should be knowledgeable about the human body and how to help a player recover from any injury. Players should be able to go to their athletic trainer and not be uneasy about telling them what 's wrong or requesting for their help.
Many Athletic Trainers only go through four years of college to receive their Bachelors Degree (“Athletic Trainers and Exercise Physiologists: Occupational Outlook Handbook:: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics”). If they want to become even more successful and progress further into their field of work they will continue their education and receive their Masters Degree from an accredited college. Next, they then have to receive a certification test to become certified and licensed. Then once they receive all this education and certifications then they can proceed into their field of work.
Students who want to become a successful athletic trainer must graduate from a bachelor’s degree at minimum and they may also need a master’s degree. To become an athletic trainer you must graduate with a degree in Athletic Training from an accredited athletic training program and successfully pass the Board of Certification Exam. Three colleges that I can attend that would allow me to obtain this degree would be Kean University, Montclair State University, and Seton Hall University.

It is not needed to have a college degree to be a horse trainer but to be an equestrian studies program are needed if you have a passion towards these animals, you should know that these animals are sensitive animals to be trained, exercised and groomed. As an equestrian major, you will need to learn to meet these needs. You are capable of learning to breed these amazing animals, to teach riding and/or dressage. Athletic Training is practiced by athletic trainers. Athletic trainers treat and prevent injuries that are most of the time caused by athletic involvement. In the future Marsha would like to be an Athletic Trainer for The University of Wilmington. She wants to help athletes play to their best ability by ensuring the prevention to injuries and giving them immediate care.
Careers in Aerospace Engineering states that after four years, the engineer is eligible to advance as a professional engineer if he/she has earned a degree from an engineering program accredited by Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), acquired a passing score on the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam, and earned a passing score on the Professional Engineering (PE) exam.
