“A Walk to Jetty” by Jamaica Kincaid mainly talks about Annie accepted the idea that she is a separate person. When she wakes on the final morning, her house seems like everything in the house only defines her family not Annie herself. On the other hand, “Reflections on a 17 year old self” by Sylvia Plath, mainly talks about what I’ve seen n these years about tragedies, happiness and many other thought makes what her think about the stuffs makes her afraid.
