While reading up on both early childhood education programs I found some major differences on how they each conduct their centers. For instance child-centered education programs tend to have educators that put “children’s ideas, preferences, learning styles, and interests are considered in the planning for and implementation of instructional practices”. That means to me that they put the uniqueness of each child into mind as they are putting together the curriculum to teach them. I also read that “Children are active participants in their own education and development.
