The American dream is very different to certain individuals than others, an immigrants American Dream can be to come from their country and Live here peacefully in a nice home, have a decent job and for their kids to get a chance at better education. There is a lot of opportunity In America. People have hope for a better life in America. I too have An American dream just like Martin Luther King. It’s to be able to Have a better education than the ones I was having in the Dominican Republic, In America I didn’t have to pay to go to elementary school, nor middle school nor high school, Unlike the Dominican Republic Where you must pay for your education. Also, we have a lot of technology unlike poor countries like Africa. In America, the government offers Welfare, Medicare and homes for people who have low income. Even though the united states isn’t the only country with some welfare program it has the best welfare program than any other would. In the U.S everyone is considered equal, and we are treated the same way, we ALL must follow the same laws and rules and when I say “all” I’m also including the president, senators, mayors etc. It may be hard for you if u enter the united states illegally, it can be difficult to get a job or a house, you’d probably be living with a family member or a friend because you need certain documents in order to live and work in the united states.
