The aztecs were a Mexica group of nearly 10,000 which slowly expanded their power until they were able to control the important lands of South Central Mexico. The Aztecs king had both control with the political and religious power. The aztecs didn’t have a good bureaucracy, in the other hand the Inca did. The aztecs emperors were treated like gods and they had a very strict law code. Religion was the only way they could keep the conquered people controlled for the aztecs. As for the Incas they had a supreme ruler that was seen as a god which had control on some important things also, this god would use military force to control the people.
