Have you ever thought how comparing a movie should be like comparing creamy and crunchy peanut butter. In the Lightning theif's case it's more like comparing an chuck Norris to a piece of bacon. So without further ado, I present a compare and contrast of the movie and book, Percy Jackson and the Olympians the Lightning theif. We will examine weapons, landscape, and finally story. First let's start with the the landscape choice. First it starts off in the book as he's always switching schools and it starts in a class. In the movie it starts in a pool. Afterward they are on a field trip to a museum. In the book it goes outside. In the movie and book Percy gets called into a construction area. Then the book goes back outside.
