In the murder mystery And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie Judge Wargrave murders 9 people, not including himself, in order to punish those who escaped the law. I believe he acted justly because these people committed crimes and the law overlooked them. Another reason is that these people were not guilty about the crimes they committed. Also naturally Justice Wargrave had an instinct to convict wrongdoers of the law.
One reason I believe Justice Wargrave acted justly is that he killed people who were out of the reach of the law for the crimes they have committed.
