All natural sciences, meaning physics, biology and chemistry, are all quite different, but have components that are similar to each other. One very important aspect that affects all sciences is the atom. Atoms are the building blocks of all matter, making up literally everything in the whole universe. But atoms are made of smaller particles, which are found within them, the protons, neutrons, and electrons. As we have learned in chemistry, these different sub atomic particles with different properties were found through different methods. Electrons were discovered by J.J.Thompson through the Cathode Ray Tube Experiment. After performing the experiment, he observed light coming out of the side that was connected to the negative side, which made him conclude that negatively charged particles were part of the light coming from the negative side of the battery and he called them electrons. Without them there really would be no universe or anything. Being aware of these particles can help us understand many other things like the behavior of their combinations (ex: proton) and the combination of the combinations (atoms of different elements) and so forth. This part of science is very extensive and has several variables being part of it. It affected biology by helping scientist in that field understand the making of life forms and their cells. In physics, it helps physicists understand the inner makings of forces and the nature behind particles that are used in experiments. In chemistry, which one of its main components is the periodic table, it also helps chemists understand the nature behind the atoms of the chemicals they work with. All this helps all scientists advance many factors in their fields, like radioactivity, building materials, man-made items
