Cesar Chavez is a very inspiring and missed person. He is especially missed because
Cesar Chavez helped more people because they would die if they did not have money so he helped them get more money. Cesar Chavez Helped more people because all of the immigrants were coming to america to make money to feed their families. He did this because the owners of the fields were not paying the workers much money so he decided to start strikes,marches,boycotts,and fasts they decided to do this so that the owner of the company would not earn money and pay the workers more money. This helped the workers a lot because then the workers got their rights and were paid more .money.
Abraham Lincoln and Harriet Tubman are two well-known American historical figures. Both figures represent great change during a crisis in American history, however, both faced the crisis in different and similar ways. Abraham Lincoln was a laid-back countryman who later was the president of the United States for one full term and a very short second term. He freed the country from the greatest crime; slavery. However, at the the beginning of the Civil War, he was not fighting to free the slaves, instead, he was fighting to keep a nation together.
Martin and Cesar "I have a dream,” a famous quote said by Martin Luther King along with "Si Se Puede," said by Cesar Chavez. Martin Luther King was the most amazing person people have ever saw. Then there is Cesar Chavez, a person who fought for rights and for immigrants. Both Cesar and Martin are amazing people who saved millions of people from destruction and from killing others. Both stories that people have read were amazing.

Harriet and Lincoln are both known for their passion against slavery. Both Harriet and Lincoln grew up in poverty they weren’t very wealthy. Harriet was born into slavery and Lincoln was left to work and had to take care of himself at a young age.
Time flew by even faster and soon on April, 23, 1993 in San Luis, Arizona Cesar Chavez died and legacy today is stronger than ever. Cesar Chavez is a significant modern day hero not only to Latinos but all over the world because Cesar gave farm labor workers the courage to stand up for what they want and if the conditions didn't change the wouldn't work and and try to expose the hardships to the public so they can help the workers get change. Cesar Chavez is a person who thought like revolutionary leaders he wanted change to happen to make everybody equal. Clearly that's not what was happening the owners of farm labor they treated them with absolute disrespect and gave them difficult jobs to do in hard conditions and didn't make as much money as others.
Frederick Douglass and Harriet Tubman are important figures in American history and will never be forgotten. Frederick Douglas helped spread awareness about the true horrors of slavery by writing his own autobiography about his life experience living as a slave. The readers got see what it was like living in a time of fear, fright, and shock. Furthermore, Harriet Tubman is mostly known for the creation of the underground railroad. She risked her life to save hundreds of slaves and take them to various of different safe houses.

Cesar Chavez was the first Mexican-American labor leader during the 20th century who wanted to fight for better working conditions for farmworkers and a better pay. Cesar Chavez was a great leader who put his parents and labors needs above his very own needs and strongly considered that there was a considerable change that needed to happen for migrant farmworkers. Chavez was born on March 31, 1927 in Yuma, Arizona. Before the Great Depression in 1937, Chavez’s parents owned a family farm, but during the Great Depression they lost their farm because they couldn’t pay taxes and became migrant farm workers.
Cesar Chavez was a great man who fought for our human rights in America. Cesar was the man who helped all the Mexicans and immigrants in this country, including in the state of Arizona. He made a positive impact on many people’s lives. If Cesar Chavez didn't fight for us, many Mexicans would still be living in Mexico, or in other states, working on farms. Cesar Chavez used all the power he could get to help us.

This speech, along with many others that he gave, were to influence people to not purchase food that was grown using pesticides. There were many people getting sick, including children, and some had even died from cancer. Chavez, along with many others, were able to greatly change people’s views on topics.
Two of the most well-known, moving women in history are Harriet Tubman, the slave freer, and Rosa Parks, the brave rebel. Many people know of these two women but have more than likely not drawn a connection between the two of them. There are a few different areas that can help to develop one’s perception about the impact these two women. As children these two women were raised to be strong, independent, and influential. This childhood lead to their participation in two massively important movements in American History.
The Man Who Dedicated His Life to Helping Others Throughout history, there have been certain individuals who have risen up to set examples for future generations. Whether it has been through speech, action, or sacrifice, these certain individuals dedicated their lives towards impacting certain populations. Though there are many groups that have been impacted throughout history, Latinos are one of the main populations known for their ability to change. There have been many historical figures known for their impact on Latino communities, but one of the main ones to stand out is a man known as Cesar Chavez.
I chose Harriet Tubman as my key influencer because she is a very inspiring person to many people of different races. Many changes occurred during Harriet Tubman’s life. First, she walked over 90 miles to Philadelphia using the Underground Railroad to escape slavery. Once she got there, she wanted to free many other people. She risked her life and made over 19 trips back to the South and freed over 300 slaves.
“Si, Se Puede” or “Yes, You Can” helped Cesar stand up for human rights by believing anything is possible. Nelson Mandela did all he could to stop segregation in South Africa. Cesar Chavez did all he could to help farm workers have better rights. Both Cesar and Nelson did all they could to help their community and never gave up. They impacted the world with their big efforts.
