Mohammed, When watching the news and you see the victims that have suffered some type of hate crime, you can really see that they are in pain. I do agree that hate crimes can have significant and wide range of psychological, emotional distress and many other consequences. All we can do is imaging their pain and empathize with them for what they just went through. I also agree that the damage done through hate crime doesn 't only affect the victim, but the community as well. Their will be an increase of fear for their personal safety and for their families as well. Their normal life routine will probably not be the same and their lives have changed completely.
