A conspiracy theory is a reasonable explanation for an event. Some may not be rational but most if not all have facts that can persuade a reader to believe it is true. The google dictionary states that a conspiracy theory is “A belief that some covert but influential organization is responsible for a circumstance o r event .” There are over one hundred conspiracy theories; but only a handful of people believe them mostly due to social medias.There are many conspiracies that people have made up and believe are true like Avril Lavigne being dead due to suicide and an actress taking her place in all her music videos etc. Another conspiracy theory is that Stevie Wonder isn 't actually blind. One of the largest conspiracies is called, The Mandela Effect.
The Mandela Effect is a theory that paranormal consultant and author with the name of Fiona Broome came up with after she remembered thinking that Nelson mandela died in 1980. Many people all around know about this and some are firm believers that it is true. Many people also believe that we have alternate realities, so that’s why we believe the things we do; due to the Mandela Effect theory. Conspiracy theories also have the ability to make people believe in parallel universes, or believe that things all around the world arent how they’re supposed to be. This being said people worldwide believe that all of the theories are true. Like the Mandela effect involving, avril lavigne being dead, the Berenstain Bears, and the ending of the song “we are the champions”.
