I am witnessing history unfold in front of my very eyes. It has been 6 long, sickening months since the port in Black Water. Our fleet has carried us here alive. Godspeed, I think it's been called, was my home all those long weeks.
There were always people crying, coughing, vomiting over the side of the ship, it was an all around mad house.
We have spent the last week of April searching for a safe site for England and our noble Queen Elizabeth in the New World. We finally decided on a small island. We figured it would easily be defended if we built a strong fort.
