The default definition of a monster consists of an hideously looking creature most of the time. Which is a misconception because, these hideously looking creatures are figurative expressions in physical definitions of destructive things that have occurred. If we look beneath these hideous creatures and try to define a monster from some of the acts they do; such as killing humans, infecting people with their fictional curses, destroying buildings and creating curfews that society has to follow to prevent these acts from happening, then you realize what a true monster actually is because a monster that kills people is a serial killer , a monster that infects people is a disease, a monster that creates curfews could be a policy, and also a …show more content…

An example of a monster, as a fictional character, an emotion, a policy, a disease, a human being and a group of people .I would be using two fictional monsters Bram’s Stoker Dracula and also Freddy Krueger from the movie a nightmare on elm street. The death rate is so high that this virus has become a thorn in the West African community it seems like it is the new Grimm Ripper which is a fictional monster called Death but this is when a fictional monster becomes an abstract monster such as a disease in the form an Ebola virus which has claimed a lot of lives. The Ebola outbreak right now has no remorse for anybody even children are not spared from this monster, that is how horrible it is for example if an individual is infected with this virus (s)he will end up dying alone because this individual would not want to infect his family members, therefore this individual would isolate themselves before they die. Also this virus is preventing countries from growing and expanding; because no other country would want to do business with an Ebola stricken country, and foreigners would not go there which stunts the growths of these nations this monster Ebola is a disease that destroys and individual life and stunts a nations
