As an educator, teaching allows me to fulfill what I believe to be a fundamental responsibility of dancers: to effectively investigate their creativity which can then be translated into a professional atmosphere. This begins by constructing a safe environment where students can freely discover their artistic aesthetic through promoting positive learning. I value diversity within a classroom setting, therefore I believe that a dancer’s technique is developed through the exposure of innovative principles that will be used towards their artistry.
