Evolution is the process for how an individual species changes in their heritable characteristics through consecutive generations (Sollereder, 2016). Darwin’s theory of evolution by natural selection is basically an idea that the strongest survive or the survival of the fittest. The theory establishes that through natural selection it is determined which of a particular species will die prematurely and which members of the species are strong enough to survive and eventually reproduce.
