It was a normal day after school, it was usual to go to my friend, Deaihjanae’s to hang out. i was walking down my street, Eastern Avenue, halfway there and I see Deaihjanae, Nanie, and Alysa in their swimsuits. It was kind of embarrassing to in my burning hot clothes ,and they were in swimsuits. They hadn’t noticed me yet, but i kept walking ,and stared until I could see them clearly.

All of a sudden, I see Deaihjanae walking towards me with a two piece swimsuit, and soaking wet.

I slowly walked to the rocks, and grabbed onto the long branch. There was an 50/50 chance of me actually reaching water, or me falling on the rocks. I had to do it. The branch felt slim, and there was no way I could old it until I reached water. It swung back and forth three or four times. I put all my body weight on the branch and swung. The branch yanked down a bit from the tree. The tree felt like it was about to fall, as I floated in the air. I knew the right moment to drop, that was now.

1...2….3! I thought to myself. That was the moment I dropped into the swampy pond. The water felt like the water that crocodiles swam around in. I thought it would be a little up to my neck, but it was only to my...waist? Weird, right.

“Why is it only like three feet?” I asked Alysa, because she was the oldest and always knew everything.
