Happiness may be the greatest feeling that one could achieve in life. Many feelings could lead back to happiness. A sense of pride in one’s self will bring fulfilment. The enjoyment of an activity will put a smile on one’s face. These feelings may be created through many things. Achieving a goal, getting something one wanted, or simply by the one’s around. Everybody can find something that gives them happiness. People may feel that it is easier to be unhappy than happy. The truth is, it is all about what one makes it. “An aggregable feeling or condition of the soul arising from good fortune or propitious happening of any kind; the possession of those circumstances or that state of being which is attended with enjoyment; the state of being happy; contentment; joyful; satisfaction; felicity; blessedness” (Webster). Happiness is a feeling that one will wish to achieve throughout life, this can be done through academic success, strong family relationships, and diverse social relations. Family supports one another through even the toughest times. Stress is the hardest thing to find happiness through, family support can relieve stress. Family support one another in order to allow one to achieve their goals. They also protect each other throughout their lives. When someone is mentally attacking a family member one will stand up and make sure they do not allow it to bring them down. One will also protect them from themselves, people are their self’s biggest critic, and family is there to make sure they do not bring themselves down. These things work together to bring happiness. The love and support from their family brings contentment. The protection shows that they always have one another’s backs, which fills their heart with joy.
