Stress means ‘to draw tight’, our feeling and physical responses could also be defined. Emotions send quick, powerful, physical responses to us for responding to the environment, which enables us to communicate voluntarily or not. Mental disorders, the behavior of ourselves which cause problems in society. Nowadays, people have much more stress than the past due to the environment or make-up of the individual. A common example for gaining pressure would be having public exam, which it could decide your future pathway. Most of the students would get stress before the exam, there might be some students who are over stressed which suicide. The stress they’ve got may apparently affect their emotion and also their behavior.

Personally, it would be a tough time getting over the exams from young, I am always sick before the great big day, headache, stomachache or even fever. Exams would be the thing that I got the most pressure in my school life. So, when facing the public exam, the situation got worse, lacking of sleep each night, dreaming all the time that didn’t get a proper sleep which affect my emotion most. When awakened in the night and could not fall asleep again, thinking and forcing myself to sleep totally made me felt exhausted, can’t help crying in the middle of the night, felt hopeless and miserable. The bitterness could not be told to my parents which things might get wrong and only seeking for help from my friends. Telling them about it would reduce the stress I’ve got and make me feel better. …show more content…
