Their 2015 goals included creating an inclusive environment through awareness and leadership training and increasing women and people of color in leadership roles. In response to their goals, Northrop Grumman redeveloped their employee survey used to measure Northrop Grumman’s efforts at creating an engaging and inclusive environment. The results provided managers insight into more effective ways to address diversity and inclusion among their immediate reports. Future generations have not been overlooked in Northrop Grumman’s diversity goals.
Delta and Coca Cola Criticism Journal 10 By Jacquelyn Curry Today, I decided to write about a Delta and Coca-Cola advertisement I found while reading a magazine. The heading says in red, “We’ll finish that for you.” The subheading underneath the heading says in red as well, “Coca-Cola and Delta have big plans for that can when you 're done with that.”
Students will examine their chances of being chosen in the reaping as well as their chances of winning and numerous other probability, algebraic and percentage problems. Students will compare and contrast the two stories and have a group discussion about social norms, personal beliefs and numerous other underlying themes and factors in both stories. Students will explore the work of Normal Rockwell, the idea of utopia and how he expresses this in his work. They will then create their own utopia and a visual representation of it. Students will analyze WWI propaganda posters and discuss their role in the war.
In New York City the decade of the 1920s was a prosperous and carefree time for many people that featured an economic boom in regards to automobiles, radios, and telephones. It was a decade of change for many reasons and for Fernand Leger it was a decade of demobilization with the theme of the city. Leger used this time to focus on the city and make it the inspiration for his new line of paintings. He wanted people to embrace the industrial time and using it in his paintings gave the topic emphasis. In Fernand Legers painting, The Bridge of the Tug, he uses sharp, simple shapes to depict his view of New York in a way that is chaotic and machine like in order to encourage society to embrace the new industrial era.

Based on the quote, it means that the peoples or customers are actually going to wait for the airline company to fly relentlessly but not wishing for a bigger airline. In his article, Airbus Celebrates, John Sharp, discusses the opening of Airbus in Mobile, Alabama. On September 14, 2015 Airbus, a worldwide company that builds aircrafts, celebrated the opening of their first manufacturing facility in the United States. The celebration was held in the large 210,000 foot building where the aircrafts will be made. During the hour long ceremony, many CEOs of Airbus gave speeches about the eleven year project.
In the short story of "You'll Love the Way We Fly", Lori Jakiela described her encounter with an old sickly man on her job as a flight attendant. In the story she talks in vivid detail about who she is as well as the man and the way they interact throughout the plane rides. The story protagonists are the old man and of course, Jakiela. In the story Jakiela decides what she will do about the old man and how it will change her throughout the story. By looking at the evolution of the relationship between Jakiela and the old man in the flight, we can see there are certain parts that make her rethink her decisions to care for the man: which most readers don’t see; this is important because by the end of the flight Jakiela turns her attitude around and thinks about the man and his home life.
In Flight, Sherman Alexie tells the story of a young Native American foster child named Zits who embarks on a time-traveling journey through different moments in American history to come to terms with his traumatic past and identity. Through this novel, Alexie explores the themes of historical trauma, revenge, and the search for true justice, themes that he has also addressed in his previous works. In "Powwow at the End of the World," for example, Alexie portrays a scene in which Indigenous people gather for a powwow and lament the loss of their voice and agency, highlighting the impact of historical trauma on Indigenous communities. This poem's sentiment of loss and forgiveness is also present in Flight, where Alexie revisits these themes
