Dennis Phelps Was Found In Possession Of 4 Pornographic1 Images Involving Himself And Another Child

After inspection of the evidence, Dennis Phelps was found in possession of 4 pornographic1 images involving himself and another child (see, pp.7 - pp.8), 9 other child pornography pictures not containing Dennis or the student (see pp.10 - pp.14), and 1 pornographic image of the student involved in this case (see pp.15). Additionally, in an email conversation (See pp.9 To pp.9) between Dennis Phelps and the email [e-mail], who is referred to as Steve, Steve told Dennis to leave his computer and phones in the alley so that he can throw them in the desert, further stating that he is staying at his friend R. P. McMurphy's house at 2124 California ave in The Admiral and Dennis should call Steve at 206-444-1414 if he wants to join them. Furthermore, Steve also sent Dennis a pornographic picture involving the student who committed suicide, indicating that he would use the picture as blackmail against the student should he tell anyone. An image named SteveSinclair.jpg (see pp.10) was found to contain an image of Popeye Doyle2 and considering the fact that the student mentioned someone named Steve was involved, in addition to the previous email conversation indicating that Dennis was in contact with someone named Steve, it seems highly likely that this is an
