Describe the lifestyle’s importance for bodily function and health
To answer this question it’s important to first figure out how we define lifestyle. The subjects most commonly linked with lifestyle would probably be exercise, diet, sleep and your job (or whatever else keeps you busy during weekdays). These are four of your biggest concerns in life, which all affect one another. Other matters which also are part of your lifestyle include; ergonomics, where and how you live, mental or physical illnesses, hygiene, usage of substances such as alcohol, drugs and tobacco, and perhaps even usage of electronics, since we do not yet know the long term effects of them. Other relevant matters include social interaction and overall mental health. Mental health is a crucial one as it has to do with your self-perception, your will, your patience, your knowledge and your skills.

This detailed description is familiar to one of ‘health’, because they are tightly knit together. The difference is how health includes more measurable values. Someone’s health is either good or bad, whilst lifestyle is the way of living that goes on to affect your health. Person A may be fine with a stressful job and a minimal amount of exercise, which person B would be uncomfortable with because of mental complications and a contrasting diet.
