1. Which aspects of my overall wellness are strongest? Why?
According to the Fantastic Lifestyle Questionnaire the strongest aspect of wellness in my life is my family, no tobacco use, no alcohol, no drugs consumption at all. Also, tried to get enough sleep and always enjoyed my leisure time. Family has always support me in my ups and downs in life, always supports me with great confidence and enthusiasm.
2. Which aspects of my overall wellness are weakest? Why?

Precontemplation
I. Explain who your target behavior is affecting your level of wellness today?
According to the Fantastic Lifestyle check list the target behavior that is affecting my level of wellness is my behavior of getting angry, hostile and depressed.
II. What diseases or conditions does this behavior place you at risk for?
I would be worried about being lead to the heart disease and diabetes. It is because it runs in my family.
III. What effect would be changing your behavior have on your health? Provide two positive effects that may result by changing your behavior?
The two positive effects that will help me to change my behavior are to stay positive and keep positive attitude towards my goal.
Secondly, join the fitness club which will make me feel active and tension free.
IV. Explain your social support and the role they play in your motivation and success.
My social support is my family and each of them plays an important part in my motivation. For example, my parents are my role models for my success. They both have diabetes (borderline) but, they are so active keeping track of it for example, exercising, and eating habits.
