Personal Wellness Analysis

The wellness of a human being has been broken down into five sections. These sections are: emotional wellness, intellectual wellness, physical wellness, social wellness and spiritual wellness. I think my strongest section for my personal wellness is my emotion, intellect and physical wellness. However, my weakest sections are social wellness and spiritual wellness. I believe that my emotional wellness is my strongest section. I perceive my emotions as my strongest section because I rarely let my emotions get the best of me and try not to let my emotion dictate what I do and how I perceive others. I was always an active child and played sports in middle school and high school. I labeled my physical wellness as my third strongest factor mainly because I do not like to work out for just my health. During high school, I would become physically fit by only playing the sports I enjoyed. However, when that sport was over, I would immediately stop working out and would quickly get out of physical shape. Therefore, I only enjoy physical activities when I am participating in a sport. Furthermore, when I am motivated to work out, I enjoy running outside. I view the gym as a very reliable place to work out, but I also believe gym’s are boring and provide a disadvantage for athlete because the athletes do not become accustomed to the heat or the cold. Lastly, one thing that a lot of people like to do is to lift weights. I believe lifting weights can be an important activity in sports that are more physical, but I personally find lifting weights extremely boring. I am extremely shy and try not to talk to people I do not know, but if I become comfortable around someone then I will talk a lot more. I believe that true friends are one of the most important things to have in life. As a result, I would rather have a small group of well known friends as opposed to a large group of somewhat known friends. When speaking, I feel that the smaller the group I am trying to talk to, the harder it is. For example, talking to new people at school causes me to feel stressed mainly because the people I am talking to will probably know somewhat about me, but public speaking comes easy to me because I know that the majority of the people I speak to will not speak to me ever
