In order to develop a strategy for USA Today, first, strategic planning and tactical planning would be a starting point to making sure the plan will be effective. Tactical planning addresses specific markets or market segments and the development of marketing programs that will fulfill the needs of customers in those market (Ferrell & Hartline, 2014). We would first have to analyze and collect the necessary data to reach out to those that would like the service. Find out what the competitors are offering and the cost as well, this is to ensure customers are not over or under charged and the service being offered is within comparison. We need to develop a competitive advantage after gaining the knowledge and cost of customizing audio/video content.
