Dick’s Sporting Good stores has decided to move its E-commerce business to in house. Dick’s store was forced to pay E-bay a percentage commission which costs Dick’s more money, despite how much a product costs to manufacture and ship to the customer. As Dick’s E-commerce sales continued to increase, they lost money due to their deal with eBay. Aside from control, Dick's is aiming to improve profit margins.
