Why was the Bolivian Revolution short lived, while the Cuban Revolution kept on?
If revolutions were embodied by a Looney Tunes character, the Cuban Revolution would be deemed as the elusive Road Runner, while the Bolivian Revolution would be seen as the dazed, Daffy Duck. As the Road Runner, the Cuban Revolution eluded Uncle Sam’s advances.
