Electronic cigarette is also known as e-cigarettes. The basic composition of e-cigarette is a power source, electronic heating element, liquid nicotine cartridge, stabilizing compound, different amount of nicotine and addictive flavoring.
E-cigarette has been proven as a successful cessation. Among all smoking cessation methods, electronic cigarette is the most effective method. Based on the research done by Christopher Bullen and colleagues “57% of participants in the nicotine e-cigarette group had reduced tobacco cigarette consumption by at least half at 6 months, compared with 41% of those in the patches group.” (Hajek 2013, pp.1616).
