Weakness Disney Cruise is operated by Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. A headquarter is in Celebration Florida. It is a subsidiary of the Walt Disney Company. The Disney Cruise line was first produced in 1995. Currently, it has two ships such as the Magic ship and the Wonder ship. The Disney Cruise line has a lot of customers all over the world with these famous Disney brands. The Magic ship was first operated on July 30, 1998; and the Wonder ship started to ship from August 15, 1999. Both of the ships have luxury restaurants and entertainment balls and parties. Therefore, it is becoming more popular in adults.Moreover, Disney also owns a private island such as Castaway Cay. It is in the Bahamas and is used as an exclusive port of call for Disney ships. Every cruise line company as a standard of providing you an enjoyable experience of getting you from one port to another, but Disney Cruise Lines have marketed themselves as much more than transportation by sea. Their amenities target families, they have entertainment for all ages, and their rooms are slightly larger than competition and includes such things as tubs for young children. Due to these higher standards on their ships the costs to vacation with them can be seen as above average. An average family of 4, two adults and two children, can expect to pay about $1000 a person. This can be seen as excessive or out of the budget of most average Americans. This is a threat and an easy opportunity for other cruise line companies. They can come in at a lower sales point to bring in more business, and provide a similar experience for a smaller operating
