Nike company is the largest sport wears and shoes that are most successes in the world. This company survive most 10 years and it still can attract theirs own consumers in the entire world. This company always come out with the new ideas and design for theirs product. Besides the glory of Nike company this is because of the management of the company and the manager that have theirs own strategic how to manage theirs employees. Nike company in the entire world that are located in Americas, Asia, Europe, Africa and Middle East countries. The employees in Nike company come different type of nation and ethnic. In other words, procedural justice refers to people’s perceptions of the fairness of the procedures used to determine the outcomes they receive. The procedural justice is not just work on outcomes, it also work in any condition that employee feel dissatisfy on whatever condition it is. For example, there are some news that the supervisor on Nike company in Indonesia being regular physically assaulted and verbally abused towards the worker in that factories. Just a little bit mistake that worker had done, the supervisor will blaming on them. According to an Associated Press (AP) report published in the Singapore Straits Times in July, 2007 one of the worker in that factories has confess about this to this media. Then, they do not have a opportunity to tell theirs right this is because “Our only choice is to stay and suffer, or speak out and be fired.” that women said.
