The only certain thing we know in our life is that our days are counted. The 2008 movie “Doubt “was about a priest names father Flynn, sister Aloysius, sister James, Mrs. Millers, and Donald Miller. Throughout the movie sister James and sister Aloysius are certain that Father Flynn is having an unhealthy relationship with Donald Miller, the first African American student in the school. Doubt and certainty cross paths many times throughout the movie. In the same time, they are having doubts about them selves and others. Doubt is a masterpiece of tension and great acting in every scene. Without doubt, this is one of most memorializing films about doubt and certainty ever created. In an era where the church will set the norms for the future of Christianity. In this movie, sister Aloysius represents the past of church and filled with strict rules and a bitter taste for everything. On the other hand, father Flynn represents the future of the church. The movie processes into finding evidence to try to make father Flynn resign as a priest. Sister Aloysius even goes to the extent to making a fake call to the former school where father Flynn worked. At the climax of “Doubt” there is a part where sister Aloysius and father Flynn are in an office giving their own side to the argument of doubt and certainty. Next to this, sister Aloysius states that even though there is no real proof she has certainty and she “break every rule in order to prove it”. At the end of the movie sister Aloysius wins with her self claimed certainty, but when we see her outside with sister James something unprecedented takes place. After sister James congratulates her for getting rid of father Flynn, she still believed he was just trying to help. Soon after that, sister Aloysius breaks into tears and speaks “I have such
