Macbeth is a tragedy by William Shakespeare. It is also known as Scottish Play. Written between 1603-1606. The play is about the power and betrayal of friends. The play begins with the supernatural power.

Macbeth was A Scottish general and the thane of Glamis. The Civil War fought between German and Scotland, Macbeth was known for being a good fighter in battle field. After that Macbeth interacted with three Witches. Macbeth is led to wicked thoughts by the prophecies of three witches, especially after their prophecy that he will be made thane of Cawdor comes true and thereafter becoming the King of Scotland. Most probably, the three Witches however caused Macbeth nothing but the trouble. First, the sisters encouraged his undeveloped mind or ambitions to be King of Scotland. In addition to this, the prophecies of Witches gave Macbeth a false sense of safety. Lastly, Witches prediction of becoming King led Macbeth to believe he would be happy some day which was far from the truth. The three Witches contribute the most to Macbeth’s ruin.
Therefore, Macbeths desire to become King grew deep in his heart. He desperately wanted the Crown and also the power to rule over the people of Scotland. Macbeth however suppressed his feelings; unfortunately Lady Macbeth’s greediness and the three Witches’ prophecies contribute lot to Macbeth’s downfall. Since Witches predicted that no man born from a woman could kill him, he would not be defeated until the forest of move to his castle. Macbeth felt very secure of his Kingship but His only risk was Macduff. Since Macduff was born cesarean, he was the only one who could harm Macbeth. When Malcom’s army attacked Macbeth’s castle, they disguised themselves with branches and giving the look of forest moving towards his castle. Finally, Macduff was the only person that Macbeth had to worry because he was not born from woman, he was a cesarean child and he could only kill Macbeth.
