Drake’s song, Nothings Into Somethings, is an example of music with meaning because its message is about making an unimportant situation that is of no relevance to something that is important and is relevant. Drake’s song is speculated to be about his past relationship with tennis star Serena Williams and her new relationship that was advancing to a marriage without Drake getting an invitation or being notified. The speaker of the song is Aubrey Drake Graham who was prompted to write the song after hearing about Serena’s engagement from one of Serena’s friends. Drake’s message is to think about others feelings and to not make something bigger than it actually is.
