Dreamlamd BBQ – Restaurant – Saturday, September 6th This past Saturday I visited Dreamland Barbeque with some friends. Dreamland is one of my favorite places in Birmingham to eat. The restaurant is well known because of their reputation for grilling some of the best ribs in the south. In my opinion, one of their most valuable traits is the quality customer service they provide. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our waiter was constantly serving us and taking care of our needs. The staff is also not too overbearing, which can be a difficult balance to obtain for someone in the service industry. Our orders came out in no time at all and we were able to enjoy the food and unique atmosphere. The manager did not come to our table, but this fact did not affect my opinion of the establishment. I felt like the service operated so efficiently that the manager’s presence had little to no affect on the experience. I do not believe there was anything I would do differently if I was the restaurants manager.

It is my family’s favorite grocery store back home. The atmosphere is awesome. Fresh Market is very clean and always stocked with the best “fresh” produce. The employees seem to love their jobs and always seem to have a great attitude. We went to simply walk around and observe the establishment; at least three employees asked if I needed assistance during the short duration we were there. The management seems to be very apparent and blends with the rest of the staff well. In my opinion the only thing Fresh market could change would be a more efficient checkout. It is usually only one cashier checking and bagging each customer’s groceries, causing the line to take a little longer than some other
