Dweck (2007) and Robinson’s (2009) have similarities when it comes to opportunities in education. They believe students can find something they are passionate about by fixing the way they think about themselves. They also need to be putting effort and motivate to do so. Once they get that motivation and skills they will learn what the opportunities the world can offer. However, Dweck (2007) is more about self belief and motivation while Robinson’s (2009) is focus on making creativity your passion and finding opportunities.
In his book, The Element Ken Robinson argues that for us to be successful in life we to find our inner element. The element should be something we are passion about and enjoy doing with a positive attitude. We need to get involve more in our element and look beyond the horizon not all successful human being had an education. Robinson mentions how we need to get personal with education instead of this systematic education we have. Once we have a new education system more student will have the courage and motivation in finding their element.

Praising students can relate how their intelligence can be. Some students get comfortable with their intelligence (fixed mindset) and don’t bother taking on other challenges. There are 2 types of people with 2 types of mindsets. First is Fixed mindset and the other is Growth mindset. Cleary students with a growth mindset are mature and want to find strategies. Fixed mindset student is more stubborn and think they know it all. They can lose interest once things get a bit hard. They will feel out of the
