On 05/06/17, at 11:43am, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to 523 S Wayne Ave on a dog on dog or cat attack, no known owner. I arrived at the location and was met by Columbus Division of Police (CPD) and complainant Raquel Fuentes. I asked what happened; Ms. Fuentes stated that she was taken part in a community event by assisting with neighborhood clean-up with her dog (small white terrier) when a brown/white Pit Bull came out of nowhere and proceeded to attack her dog. Recall that Leper said that he was going to receive a section eight discharge if he did not escape. As with any physical injury, people with an illness of the brain, such as psychosis, have varying severities. Just as Phineas shattered his leg once and cleanly broke it another time, “They may have a one-off episode, or it may be part of an ongoing illness such as schizophrenia” ABC Health and Wellbeing reports. Therefore, according to medical experts, it is possible that Leper is suffering periodically from his illness.
The play Dog Act is an unconventional play written in a post-apocalyptic setting during which the main characters Zetta and Dog are on an adventure to see "China," a famous region in the world at the time of the play. Liz Duffy Adams, the playwright, wrote the play and relayed her blueprints, the script, to directors Mandy Fox and Joe Kopyt, who worked with designers to create and present a world of their own imagination based on Adams ' script. The unique interpretation included eccentric costumes for each character, bold yet subtle implications toward sexuality and gender, as well the moving storylines executed well by the actors. The costumes a character wears are often indicative of their personality, class, and their overall characterization.
Darl Bundren is easily the most complicated character out of all the Bundrens and the characters in the novel As I Lay Dying. While doing research on the character that seemingly understands everything going on around him, I came across several speculations on the mental health of said character. Whether it’s PTSD or Schizophrenia, many people have used the information from the novel to determine what led to Darl being sent to the insane asylum or why the book ended with him laughing and another moment having a mental breakdown. Though I would like to argue that Darl Bundren, even though he has a different perception of the world around him, does not have a mental disorder. He’s justified his actions with his own understanding of the world,

Rehabilitation has become the best treatment for many of these once trained aggressive dogs. The ASPCA has been working extremely hard examining and treating rescued pit bulls. Many of these animals come from a long life of neglect and fighting. Most are believed to have been abused since 10 weeks old. There are many mental illnesses that would lead to insane behaviors ranging from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder to Schizophrenia. While it is difficult for the average person diagnose mental disorders from such a short story, the narrator likely has Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. The care he takes in every aspect of his nightly stalking show the telltale characteristic of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: “And every night, about midnight, I turned the latch of his door and opened it- oh so gently!”
