Recommended: The earth on turtle's back explanation

we have had symbols, patterns, and character repeat within 3 stories.when that happens you have an archetype. An archetype is when you have an idea repeated.one archetype is heros,magic , and Chief. Hero, magic and chief has repeated in Earth on turtle's back, When grizzlies walked upright , and Navajo origin legend.This is how the archetypes of character, patterns , and symbols comes across in Earth on turtle's back, When grizzlies walked upright , and Navajo origin legend.

In Earth on turtle's back the heros was shown when the swans flew up to catch the girl falling( onondaga, 22). This shows that the swans aren't against helping a stranger .Then again when the duck, beaver, loon and then the Muskrat dove down to bring up earth for the girl.(22-23).This shows that the 4 animals would try their best to help the woman out. The chief was shown when the girl's husband ripped up the tree because of a dream.(21-22). This shows chief because the woman’s husband demanded that the tree got uprooted because his wife had a dream .The Magic was shown when the animals put the dirt on the turtle's back and the woman put the seed in the dirt and the Earth was made.(23). This showed that the grizzlies were kind and not afraid to help a stranger. The chief was shown when the grandma grizzly told her oldest grandson to go det the chief spirit.(25). This is when the chief came into the story because they listen to him and are scared of him. The Magic was shown in the beginning when the woman’s dad created earth and when he made the animals.(25) This shows magic because animals can’t be made by sticks rivers can’t be made by footsteps melting the ice.Also when the woman's dad cursed his grandkids for not being his creation.(25)This is magic because he made them start walking on all four and not able to talk
