For last decades more and more people have started to include treadmill exercises in their training schedule. There are lots of research have been conducted about doing physical exercises and its benefits. Engaging in physical activities is beneficial for one’s health both psychological and physiological. Using particular kind of music in work environments can increases people’s productivity. (Laird, 1927); and, music has been accepted as the useful tool at the treatment of dental patients and dsyeptics. (Washco, 1933). Also, researchers have been studying on effects of music in sports.In the literature, there are many kinds of research that conducted about the effects of music on people engaging in sportive activities. The one research indicates that music has positive effects treadmill exercises for both trained and untrained person. (Kimberly A. Brownley, Robert G. McMurray, Anthony C. Hackney,1993). Human beings’ responses differ according to various type of stimuli like intensity, tone, and tempo. In the research, 12 subjects evenly distributed by gender in two categories: trained and untrained, people were given that no music, sedative music, and fast music. During high-intensity exercise and low-intensity exercises. As result, untrained subjects reported that fast music affects them positively during high and low-intensity exercises.
