The criminal law is different from the civil law. The laws which are a part from the civil law are considered as criminal law. Criminal law is focused on crime from the public do wrong, it has punishment of imprisonment or death, being Government as the prosecutor. Criminal law involves crime which may lead to arrests, interrogations, and explorations. The criminal law is focused on the cases of rape, murder, burglary and arson etc .

How precedent can be used to develop the Law? In a legal system precedent is the legal case which establishes a principal or rule. It helps the courts in decision making with similar issues or facts. Strict liability is applied in dangerous cases. There are certain situations in which courts analyses that whether the criminal activity falls under the strict liability category or not. The elements of strict liability focus on the three things. The first is the defendant which is a company or a person who did something wrong that was dangerous or unreasonable . The second point of focus on something bad that would happen because of such dangerous action. Now the third point of focus is that the person suffered in actual as a result of their injury. For example strict liability is applied on the case of example a construction company using a blasting technique in a densely populated area so in case of any hazardous outcomes, the company is strictly liable for the damages occurred due to the testing of that technique . The liabilities may include, personal injuries, cause of loss to other nearby construction sites, loss of machinery to contractors. In other example the strict liability is described as the loss occurred to the neighbourhood houses due to illegal production plant among the residential area the loss due to fire breakouts or a gas leakages may put strict liability on the person involved in that
