Elinor Burkett did not use a large amount of logos in her argument. However, the limited amount she did use significantly helped to persuade her audience. Burkett mentions that when disputing a difference between men and women, “Brains are a good place to begin because one thing that science has learned about them is that they’re in fact shaped by experience, cultural and otherwise’( ❡ 13). She argues that there is no physical difference between male and female brains, that the difference is in how the person was raised to think.
