Explain what “proctoring” means and why the UoPeople requires proctored exams. Proctors oversee the final exam to ensure the proper person is taking the exam and to see the integrity of the exam process is upheld. Proctors eliminate the potential for cheating and fraud and validate the exam. The University of the People requires that students complete proctored exams for a specific number of courses as determined by their degree type.
We are a newly formed field artillery unit that is a FRU. We are currently supported by the 1-151 FA. They are not able to support us for CLS training because of another mission. I know that it is a short request, would it be possible to get 40 PAX through a CLS refresher. We have drill on 8-10 December and would like the training on Friday the 8th.
Outer Experience Our chief was recently promoted from major to the position of chief. While a major, he was responsible for supervising the patrol unit. When the chief was promoted to his current position, a captain was placed in charge of the patrol division. The captain and the chief have very different management styles.

I observed the ELL class on Friday October 11th, 2015. The observation was done at Strawberry Point School in the Mill Valley District for 30 minutes with three English Learners from Kindergarten, which one child is Danish and two children are Koreans. It was difficult to read Carmen’s post about how she became burnt out during her first Integrative Practicum placement. My interpretation of her story was that moral distress was a large contributor to her burn out (Carmen, you can correct me if I am wrong). Moral distress occurs when a person knows the right action to take but is not able to carry out this action as a result of one or more barriers (Wagner, 2015). When Carmen asked the Personal Support Worker (PSW) on her floor for assistance with feeding one of her three full feed patients, she likely did so to ensure that each of them would be able to eat their meal in a timely manner from when it arrived to the floor. Sadly, the PSW rejected her request.
If my Native American tribe was to choose a side between the French and the English, I would pick the French. Firstly, the French have a small population in America. Therefore, they aren 't as demanding for certain supplies since there is less of them. That will leave more supplies for the Native Americans. Also, this means that they won 't take up as much land in America as the English do.

Mrs. Cooke has a great rapport with her students and has very little difficult actively engaging students in learning. One of the “takeaways” from my visit references the students’ and teachers’ commitment to the principles of “The Leader in Me”. From a school-wide perspective, East Elementary School does not practice the traditional positive behavior interventions. I started doing my field Experience in Lime Kiln Elementary school where I shadowed Mr. Mikalov, a fifth grade teacher, When I first walked into his classroom it was so colorful and full of artworks, student works and inspirational quotes I felt happy walking into his classroom so I would imagine what a fifth grader would feel like. Mr.Mikalov was very generous in showing me around the classroom where they have their group work, reading area on the rug. He showed me the schedule they follow every week, they do math every day from 12:13 to 12:55 and have lunch every day at 11:26- 12:08 and off course I took a picture of it to know when and what they are doing that time. Mr.Mikalov introduced me to the principal who is very nice and welcomed
