So many innovations in this world has noticed to make wonderful and countable changes in healthcare setting. For examples, there are machines, tools, instruments, robots, and so on .all these by using technology or using computers. So no one can debates that technology is not useful in health care setting for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, …etc. As result of this technology, nursing practice is continuing to improve and change. Also easiest the communication between the nurses and the consumers. This article contains seven emerging technologies that will change the practice of nursing; three of the seven are skills set the nurse need to develop to use these technologies appropriately and four challenges nurse leaders will face it as result of emerging technology.
